IRS WANTS YOUR COMMENTS ON NEW 1099 REQUIREMENT
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is requesting comments on a new requirement in the health care reform bill enacted this past March that will require all businesses and tax-exempt organizations to issue a IRS Form 1099 to vendors from whom they buy goods totaling $600 or more annually.
FSSA has partnered with American Airlines to provide our attendees a 5% discount for the 2011 Forum in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico (San Juan is the airport you will be using). The valid travel dates for this discount are February 21 – March 6, 2011. You can easily access American’s fares and apply this discount by going to www.aa.com in order to book your flight.
